1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags, labels, and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (original receipt/invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened or used health, beauty, or hygiene products
- Perishable goods (food, groceries, etc.)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Support Team at shop@americanmarts.com within 15 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the Item Securely in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship It Back to our return address (provided via email after approval).
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we are not liable for lost return packages.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
